The best of Italian gastronomy is, of course, homemade.
Fresh “frutti di mare” pasta, ravioli, lasagne, eggplant parmigiana, buffalo mozzarella, risotto, “vitello tonnato”, tiramisu.
My roots are Italian and I grew up between France and Italy. Their gastronomy is a part of my culture. Every time I cook a traditional dish, my heart travels to my mother’s house in the mountains of La Liguira.
